Introduction:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the following cancellation policy. Our goal is to provide consistent and effective therapy while ensuring fair compensation for our time.
Cancellation Notice:
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For example, if your appointment is on Monday at 9am, please notify us by Friday at 9am.

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee:
- If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice or fail to attend your scheduled appointment (a "no-show"), a fee of 50% of the session fee will be charged.
- This fee is to compensate for the time that has been reserved for you and cannot be easily filled with another client.
Rescheduling:
- We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but please note that availability is limited.
- We encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
Unforeseen Circumstances:
- In the event of a genuine emergency, we will make every effort to be understanding and flexible.
- Please contact us to discuss your situation and we will consider your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
